There will be five weekly classes delivered ‘live’ on Zoom starting Monday 13th Feb 7.30-8.30 pm
Weekly homework consists of simple strategies proven to enhance the quality of your life

Can you do this course if you have completed a previous Moodwatchers course?
Absolutely. Many people repeat the course to reacquaint themselves with the material and to get back on track with prioritising their wellbeing. Some of the themes will be similar but the context keeps changing and it is hoped that the course is even more relevant each time it is deliver
