Tickets are selling very quickly for my Rise & Renew show. It is coming to the Hawk’s Well theatre in Sligo and the Iontas theatre in Castleblayney in the new year.

I will be mixing poetry, psychology, storytelling and humour. My message of one of hope – we have an innate capacity to rise to life’s challenges. Very simple strategies are at the heart of the resilience that we need in this complex world.

Many people get to see me in their workplaces but it is rare that I bring my work into the public arena. Be warned! Both shows that I did nearly five years sold out. They seem to be heading that way again.

My objective is to inspire but also to entertain!
