I’m really looking forward to starting my Moodwatchers Psychology Course next week. Of all the different types of work that I do – it’s my favourite. It will start on Wednesday 14th (from 7.30 -8.30 pm) and run for five consecutive weeks. The focus will be on simple strategies linked to greater health, happiness and resilience.
