The Moodwatchers Psychology Course returns on Wednesday 14th April from 7.30-8.30 p.m. running for five consecutive weeks. It is an ideal opportunity to invest in your health, happiness and resilience in these challenging times. You will learn evidence-based strategies linked to achieving a better quality of life. The course is informal, lighthearted but also very powerful. It is back due to popular demand but this will probably be the final opportunity to do it for the foreseeable future.
