The Moodwatchers Online Psychology Course provides you with an opportunity to create space for yourself each week to get away from your daily stresses and strains of life. Participants will have an opportunity to reflect on their lives and learn what science has uncovered about becoming healthier, happier and more resilient.
The focus will be on simple yet powerful practices to enhance the quality of your life. All strategies taught are evidence-based and the weekly class means that you will continue to work on your well-being over a period of five weeks. The homework is simple and will make a difference.
The evenings are getting shorter and there is so much negativity around. The course is probably more relevant during this current pandemic than ever before because we need to invest in our well-being and build our resilience.
